Naresh Kachoria

Naresh Kachoria serves as WorldBeing’s Director of International Programs, where he oversees management and implementation of strategic programming, including network partnerships and project expansions within new countries.

After an early career in marketing consulting and business management, Naresh has spent the last 10+ years working to improve the social development, education and economic outcomes of vulnerable youth in Africa and the US. Prior to joining WorldBeing, Naresh founded and led Step Up International, an education nonprofit providing experiential learning and wellbeing programs to vulnerable youth in Botswana.

He also served as the Senior Director of Programs for Project Concern International, now Global Communities, leading the design and implementation of economic empowerment programs in Botswana for children and youth affected by HIV/AIDS, with a focus on girls and women. Most recently, Naresh served as a Managing Director at OneGoal, a college access and success organization serving low-income high school students in the US, where he led the partnerships and growth strategy across six regions.

Naresh holds a B.S. in Advertising and EdM in International Educational Development from Boston University and a MBA from the University of Maryland.
